How It Works
A big insulated double door needs more muscle than a light single. We size the motor to your door weight, your ceiling layout, and how you actually use the garage.
Belt drives run whisper quiet and suit garages under bedrooms. Chain drives are workhorses for detached garages. Wall mount jackshaft units free the ceiling entirely. We demo the noise difference so you hear it before you buy it.
Typical installs run 2 to 3 hours including removal of the old unit. We mount the rail, set travel limits and force, align the safety sensors, and connect battery backup where you want it.
We set up the app, program every remote and the keypad, walk you through the security settings, and cycle the door until you are comfortable with all of it.
